Appalachian Chamber Music Festival: “Works to Warm Us”

December 30, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

$25

A concert to warm the body and soul with some foot-tapping favorites and poignant moments of reflection. Join the Appalachian Chamber Music Festival for an evening of holiday cheer in the inspiring acoustics of Camp Hill Methodist Church in Harpers Ferry.  Enjoy beloved works such as “Winter” from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons paired with Piazzolla’s tango-inspired “Winter” from the Southern Hemisphere.  Come on a journey from darkness into light with Golijov’s “Tenebrae” an audience favorite from our 2021 season. We’ll be continuing the ACMF tradition of performing some beloved works by Danish String Quartet, from their “Wood Works” and “Last Leaf” collections.  Expect a few nostalgic holiday tunes thrown in, too. Tickets required, visit our website for more information: www.AppalachianChamber.org
