Each year the Foundation recognizes an outstanding preservation project in Harpers Ferry or Bolivar for its contribution to maintaining and enhancing the architectural, historical and cultural heritage of our community. The Foundation invites residents, architects, or contractors to nominate distinguished preservation projects in the towns for recognition. The award highlights how restoring and adaptively reusing historic structures is an essential ingredient for community revitalization.
